Use of Website:

However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. 2. Vindotco grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our permission. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents.
3. This site uses cookies to keep track of your basket contents as you are moving around our site. If you logout, leave or close your browser the cookie will be deleted. No personal information is held in the cookie.

Making A Purchase
We accept card payment for Visa, JCB, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Mastercard.
Availability
We aim to hold all goods in stock, however sometimes for a variety of reasons we might not have your goods available. If items are out of stock you will be advised of any delay.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Guarantee
We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction providing it is returned to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
If you are returning any item to us, you must first inform us. We can be contacted via e-mail or through our postal address, both available on our Contact page. Once we have been notified, we will respond with a returns confirmation. Please Note: The company does not pay return postage. Returned packages remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. For high value items we advise you to use insured delivery such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Damaged Goods
Any item received damaged must be notified to us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. Damaged goods must be retained for insurance purposes.
Privacy Policy
To use portions of this site you are requested to register your details. Any information you supply is used solely for this site and to deliver the best possible service to you. We do not disclose buyers information to any third parties, and at any time you can ask for your account to be deleted. If you would like your account to be deleted, you must e-mail us from the e-mail account you used for registering and include your username and registered address. Please note that deleting your account will remove any orders new and existing, so please ensure you have copies for your records.
